Create AWS Site-to-Site VPN

Hello,
I want to create a Site-to-Site VPN Tunnel on AWS:
1. Authentication: Pre-shared Key
2. Phase1 Hashing: SHA
3. Phase1 Encryption: AES 256
4. Phase1 Group: Group14
5. IPSec Phase2: esp-aes 256, esp-SHA-hmac
6. SA Lifetime: Isakmp(86400 Secs) Ipsec(3600s)
I want to to allow 4 IPs to connect linux instance using the local ip.
