Creación de ISO a partir de bzImage y Kernel de Linux

I am looking for a freelancer who can help me create a bootable image from bzImage and the Linux Kernel. The purpose of this project is to create a virtual machine image in the form of an ISO file.
Skills and experience needed:
- Proficiency in Linux Kernel and bzImage
- Experience creating bootable images
- Knowledge of virtual machine technology
The ideal candidate should also be able to provide suggestions and ideas for customizing the operating system. While I have a few ideas in mind, I am open to suggestions and modifications to make the custom operating system more efficient and user-friendly.
The final deliverable should be in the format of a virtual machine image, specifically an ISO file.
