We need a Trainer
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
As a Couchbase Database Administrator, we are looking for candidates with the following technical and professional background:
At least 3 years of experience as a Couchbase Database Administrator
At least 3 years experience configuring, optimizing and maintaining Couchbase clusters, Sync-gateways and underlying operating systems.
Experience in Scripting skills required for performing and automating DB activities.
Complete accountability and responsibility to provide technical expertise for resolution of outages, service level issues, and user/customer support needs in coordination with other support teams.
Must have configured and managed online backup technologies in Couchbase and ensured disaster recovery and data retention protocols (backup, monitoring, security, installation) existed and were followed.
Must be aware of the concepts of clustering, fault tolerance, high availability, disaster recovery.
Experienced in handling Couchbase Cluster creation, New node addition, Memory, CPU related trouble shooting
Excellent troubleshooting and performance tuning skills
Must be detail oriented and have critical thinking skills
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
Good understanding of various recovery scenarios, refresh techniques and familiarity with HA solutions as well as shell or awx scripting is highly desirable.
Experience with Automation tools like Ansible.
