Control 4 system design

I am currently building my own home and it is almost at a first fix stage, I am looking to design a residential Control 4 system and am in need of professional to work with. I have a good technical background and can install the physical devices my self if needed. The Control 4 system I am requesting will be strictly residential. I am hoping I can find a talented freelancer that can help me with this project from the planning to the completion. I am based in the north west of England but as explained I do have great experience in networking and general server installation and maintenance, am familiar with installing and wiring cat 6 cable as well as a good working knowledge of Linux systems. I need the full system planning, I have plans I can share and also have some ideas of what I would need already.
