Control Panel for Web

Deploy an existing Web control Panel to manage multiple websites. Which includes managed wordpress, and hosting services. Possibly built over AWS or any other cloud provider. Wanting to hear solutions. If going for centOS web panel, need complete ssl setup and record pointing done well.

I've done the deployment countless times over whm, plesk, vesta and ispconfig so aware of the development costing. How much to get things up and running ; whitelabel solution available? Or building from scratch is reasonable ? Let's disucss
