Configuring Telnet on a rocky 9 linux server to link up datalogic guns and EFI radius

I'm looking for an experienced technician to configure Telnet on a Rocky 9 Linux Server to link up Data Logic Guns and EFI Radius devices. This server is Linux-based, and I will need the technician to use Telnet as the protocol to set up this connection. Once the configuration is complete, I also need the technician to verify that the Data Logic Guns and EFI Radius devices are working in unison with the Linux Server.
