Configure nginx with secure_link and token generator

Hello, I need a freelancer who understands nginx and specifically secure link to implement token validation in m3u8 and ts files, folder structure;

- /HLS/Big_Buck_Bunny/master.m3u8 index all manifest below
-- /HLS/Big_Buck_Bunny/video/stream.m3u8 with segments .ts in same folder.
-- /HLS/Big_Buck_Bunny/audio/eng/stream.m3u8 with segments .ts in same folder.
-- /HLS/Big_Buck_Bunny/audio/por/stream.m3u8 with segments .ts in same folder.
-- /HLS/Big_Buck_Bunny/subtitle/eng/stream.m3u8 with segment .vtt in same folder.
-- /HLS/Big_Buck_Bunny/subtitle/por/stream.m3u8 with segment .vtt in same folder.

I need all .ts and .m3u8 files to have token validation
