Configure Linux, CPanel, Free SSL, on GoDaddy web hosting server

I purchased a dedicated web server for web hosting from GoDaddy and I need help configuring 2 word press websites to run on it. One site using wp-admin appears to have an issue with DNS resolving and the other site says i'm missing files in the root directory in Apache for the 2nd site.
