Configure Janus gateway with RTSP server

I did install Janus gateway WEBRTC on my ubuntu 20.4 server.
I want to stream unlimited videos files simultaneously to serve the requests of simultaneous users. I have read that Janus can receive and handle streams from RTSP sources. My idea is to use RTSP simple server to stream the videos to Janus and then the Janus stream plugin will display them. I want also to add to the demo player stop, pause, and slider to rewind, and forward button control for the video.
Create a script using gstreamer or ffmpeg to stream the videos to RTSP server that will stream them to RTSP port that Janus plugin is listing to and Janus should receive the stream and publish it.
