Configure Docker containers on Debian

I am looking for a freelancer to help me configure Docker containers on Debian. Docker and Docker Compose is already installed.

The project involves the following requirements:
1) Prometheus - To collect results of ping and speed test.
2) Smoke Ping (Like this - https://grafana.com/grafana/dashboards/11335-smoke-ping/). Configured to do Ping test with 110.78.164.99 every 1 minute and 1.1.1.1 every 5 minutes.
3) jraviles/prometheus_speedtest - Configured to run every 15 minutes.
4) Grafana - Configured to display the results from Prometheus for 2 and 3 above.

Containers must automatically re-start in case of system restart. Access will be provided to a Windows PC via AnyDesk and then use PuTTy (or similar) to access the Debian device on local network.

Ideal skills and experience for the job:
- Experience in configuring Docker containers on Debian
- Knowledge of different Docker images and the ability to customize them based on specific requirements
- Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools for Docker containers
