Configure Apache Guacamole with SSL certificates and SSO login

I have a small Apache Guacamole server running in Oracle Cloud.

I am looking for a skilled individual to help me :
1. configure Apache Guacamole with SSL certificates
2. implement Oracle SSO login on Guacamole (user login via Oracle SSO) - see attached picture.

I need a good documentation for this process , to be able to do it myself later.

Requirements:
- Proficient in Apache Guacamole configuration and deployment
- Experience with SSL certificate installation and configuration
- Knowledge of SSO login implementation - Oracle IDCS
