I'm seeking an expert to install and configure several key components on a Linux system featuring Oracle 8.10. The project involves:
1. Installing and configuring Oracle Database 19c (19.3) with a high availability setup.
2. Full installations and configurations of Oracle APEX 24.1 (all languages), including the APEX Listener, ORDS Apex Integration, and APEX Administration Services.
3. Setting up Tomcat 9.0.98 with custom ports, session replication, and user authentication setup.
4. Installing and configuring ORDS, JDK17, Jasper Report Server, and SSL.
5. Setting up CX_Oracle for Python.
6. Addressing other requirements that I have.
