Home media server setup

Hi there,
I’m looking for help with a two‑machine setup:
Environment
Seedbox: Swizzin on Ubuntu 22.04.5 LTS
Home server: OpenMediaVault (Debian)
Most services run in Docker, managed with Dockge
Scope of work
Folder‑structure cleanup
• Update the directory layouts on both servers as seen in the attached text file.
• Deploy Jellyfin
• Deploy the *arr stack (Sonarr, Radarr, Lidarr, etc.) on the home server.
• Configure it to pull downloads to the seedbox and then sync the completed media back to the home server via Syncthing.
Remote‑access overlay
• Set up Tailscale (or an equivalent solution) so I can reach both machines from outside my network.
• Setup Jellyfin with a domain.
Constraints & notes
My ISP blocks several standard ports (e.g. 21); alternative ports such as 21000 work, so services may need custom port mappings.
User permissions on both servers are misconfigured—Syncthing is currently failing for this reason, and I’ve been resorting to a stop‑gap chmod 666, which I know isn’t ideal.
I can provide access home server access through RustDesk
