Cloudflare DNS Record Management Expert

I am seeking a DNS Administrator with a strong command on Cloudflare's services, particularly in managing DNS records. Your role will primarily involve:
- Overseeing and updating DNS records as necessary
- Ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of DNS management
The ideal candidate for this project should have prior experience with Cloudflare and DNS record management. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills are essential for this role.
To qualify, you must provide instructions in your bid that outline the following:
1. We have a website hosted on github pages. The website has a github.io URL.
2. Provide instructions to set up DNS configurations in cloudflare only, no configurations will be done in github.
3. I expect you to provide page rule configurations or something so that when someone goes to https://mydomains.com or https://www.mydomains.com, it redirects to the github.io URL I have setup. WE WILL NOT do any github changes, we need a simple redirect, not DNS integration with cloudflare and github.
