Cloudflare DNS - NGINX Reverse Proxy w/ APACHE

1 I need a Wildcard SSL setup for a domain name.
2 We must use Cloudflare for the DNS
3 We must use NGINX reverse proxy with Apache.
When completed:
* The SSL needs to work with the primary domain name cmcmatter.biz while running under Apache
* The SSL needs to work with the subdomains of that domain while running under NGINX
I already own the domain name.
The servers NGINX and Apache already running. The domain is hosted under Apache at present.
Other Important Note:
It is also important you understand port forwarding. Here's why. In this particular instance, I have am something similar to dyndns but using the Cloudflare API insead. So Cloudflare updates my public IP dynamically if it changes. The router port opens and forwards the neccessary ports to the server the website displays properly. I wanted to mention that because it's helpful for you to know.
