Clear OpenVPN logs -- 3

I need this done via TeamViewer or AnyDesk immediately. I have a cron job that automatically clears OpenVPN logs but for some reason it isn't working. A very simple job to someone with skills. I have customers who can't connect. Please don't bid if you can't do this now.
