Clean up server with malicious files

I am in need of a freelancer who can help me clean up my server from malicious files. I am not sure which files or directories contain the malicious code, so I need someone who can identify and remove them. My server's operating system is not Linux or Windows, and I do not have regular server backups available. Ideally, the freelancer should have experience in server security and malware removal. The project will require the following skills:
