Centos Web Hosting Server with Multiple Websites Migrated to New Server

Need an expert Centos, CWP Web Panel, vultr, Contabo, cloudfare, email configuration, DNS, dmark, dkim , Apache/Nginx, PHP, MySQL/MariaDB, etc expert.

A Centos web hosting is installed on vultr VPS and it’s hosting several websites. We want to move everything to a new server Contabo.
Not sure if you can just copy an image snapshot and make it work, but we also have the steps.
* Backup the data: Create backups of all your website files, databases, emails, configurations, and any other important data.
* Take note of configurations: Document all server configurations, such as software versions, settings, and special configurations for each website.
Migration
* Set up the new hosting server:
* Install CentOS on the new server.

* Import these databases to the new server, ensuring usernames, passwords, and permissions match.
* Adjust configurations:

* Modify DNS settings or hosts file to temporarily point your domain to the new server for testing.
* Test functionality:
