Centos Administrator to fix simple issues

i need admin to do the following
3-4hrs
1. download sql from google drive and import into my cpanel
1hr
2.I have the ftp access to upload files. I need remote desktop access via VNC such that I can run/test scripts on linux server

vnc and chrome is setup attached is screen shot.

10 minutes
3.set cron for the following files

run now then set to run 1 time a week Monday at 12am
home/helixhelloworld/Desktop/crawling_scripts/startbots.py

run now
set to run on 15th and 29th of each month
home/helixhelloworld/Desktop/crawling_scripts/ecours.py
