CentOS 7 dracut-initqueue timeout

hello
i have below issue :

CentOS 7 dracut-initqueue timeout

warning: /dev/disk/by-uuid/14a1b2f6-9d4a-47bd-8aab-475601bz does not exist
generating /run/initramfs/rdsosreport.txt

when i type exit, it stock again and not loading

and i tried something like this command: dracut --regenerate-all -f && grub2-mkconfig -o /boot/grub2/grub.cfg

but i got this error: sh: dracut: command not found


what should i do you think?
