Carla Simulator Build

I am looking for an experienced freelancer to develop a Carla Simulator for research purposes. The simulator should have custom scenarios that can be programmed to test a variety of situations. The ideal candidate should have advanced skills in programming and be knowledgeable in creating a realistic environment for the simulator. Also need help to build Carla on my Ubuntu.
