Carbonio Enterprise Edition Installation & Configuration Expert (Ubuntu 22.04 LTS)

We are building a white-labeled, multi-tenant SaaS email and collaboration platform using Zextras Carbonio Enterprise Edition. We're seeking an experienced system administrator or DevOps engineer to perform a complete installation, multi-domain setup, and webmail branding on Ubuntu 22.04 LTS.
Project Scope:
You will be responsible for deploying and customizing Carbonio Enterprise to support multi-tenancy, each with its domain and branded access.
Core Responsibilities:
Install and configure Carbonio Enterprise Edition on Ubuntu 22.04 LTS
Set up multi-tenancy to support multiple domains and organizations.
Configure all core features:
Email (SMTP, IMAP, POP3)
Calendar, Contacts, Tasks
File Sharing & Collaboration
Chat and Video Conferencing
Mobile Sync (ActiveSync, CalDAV, CardDAV)
Configure secure DNS and mail routing:
MX, SPF, DKIM, DMARC
SSL (Let’s Encrypt or custom certs)
Enable and configure:
Backup & Restore (real-time if possible)
White-label branding per tenant
Webmail Branding Requirements:
Replace all Zextras/Carbonio logos with our branding
Customize login and dashboard screens (logos, colors, messaging)
Replace favicon and browser tab title
Remove or replace “Powered by” notices
Customize system email templates and webmail footer
Optional: Implement per-tenant branding (e.g., different themes or logos by domain)
Required Skills:
Proven experience with Carbonio Enterprise or Zextras Suite
Deep Linux administration skills, especially on Ubuntu 22.04 LTS
Experience with DNS, SSL, and secure email stack configuration
Familiarity with branding web-based UIs (HTML/CSS/custom themes)
Comfortable working via SSH in a production environment
Bonus Skills:
Experience integrating WHMCS or other billing platforms
SSO (SAML/LDAP) configuration per domain
Load balancing or HAProxy for multi-tenant frontends
Timeline & Access:
Start: ASAP
Environment: Fresh Ubuntu 22.04 LTS VPS with root access
Deliverables:
Fully working multi-tenant Carbonio Enterprise instance
Branded webmail and login interface
DNS and SSL are fully operational
