Can't Bring a node back up with DLM shared volume. lvm_global need_plock

hi we have a node stuck after a hard reboot.
with this error : save_plock,need_plock

2 out of the 3 nodes work well but after several entempt and reboot of the node concerned we still cant get out of Plock error.
and there 5 result related to that on google so we dont find any solution.
