Cannot connect to Azure Ubuntu Virtual Machine using Private IP

I have an azure virtual machine. I am not able to ssh into using the private IP but i can use the public IP.. Need help configuring the azure to allow ssh access through the Private IP

Must be able to connect using Anydesk!!!!
