Cacti Server SNMP Graphs Troubleshooting

I've recently upgraded my Cacti server to Version 1.2.27 and I'm facing an issue with the SNMP graphs related to "SNMP - Nokia Interface" and "SNMP Nokia - Sap". These graphs are not showing up correctly after the upgrade.
Key Tasks:
- Troubleshoot the SNMP graphs related to "SNMP - Nokia Interface" and "SNMP Nokia - Sap"
- Implement necessary tuning for these graphs to display correctly
- Ensure that all other graphs are working fine post-upgrade
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Cacti server administration and troubleshooting
- Experience in resolving SNMP graph issues
- Prior knowledge of Nokia Interface and SNMP MIBs would be a plus
