CUDA and CUDNN Setup (Ubuntu) + TensorFlow install

I am searching for a freelancer to properly fix and setup CUDA and CUDNN on Ubuntu. After install you will need to compile according to the instructions in the following Medium article. The C++ script I have written slightly varies, but was tested. You might need to fix some network permissions due to a TailScale VPN install.
