CEPH Storage Cluster Setup

I need an experienced linux system administrator to create a CEPH storage cluster for high availability storage.
The cluster should provide balanced read/write speed and utilize 2-way replication for data redundancy.

Requirements:
- 50 GB storage size
- OS: Oracle Linux 9.6
- 3 nodes (servers)
- Full setup documentation

Ideal skills and experience:
- Proficiency in CEPH and Oracle Linux
- Experience with high availability storage setups
- Strong documentation skills
