Build a simple CDN using NGINX and help deploy on AWS
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
Hi Freelancers!
I'm looking for a fairly simple CDN using NGINX that will:
* Receive a user
* Confirm that a user is not on a list of "bot" ISPs locally stored.
* If they are not on a list of bot ISPs, pass them to the client's site
* If they are from a bot ISP, run a Google ReCaptcha, which the user can solve to get access to the site.
This simple CDN will be deployed on AWS EC2 and the freelancer should help me deploy it. Preferably there should be some functionality where we could add additional instances to help balance the load of incoming traffic.
The official NGINX docs say that you must use a MaxMind account in order use their geolocation / ISP commands. I'm not going to be getting that, but I do have access to a locally stored IP to Location database that has the ISP already included so I would rather that be used instead. I assume there's a way to do this.
* If this works + works well, there should be a fair amount of additional work on this CDN, including some logic where we collect JavaScript information.
The ideal freelancer would have experience doing this already and is dependable, answers questions / pings in a reasonable time frame and speaks good, understandable English.
