Website Project

The single webpage will be hosted on my server

I will give you ssh access

I will give you a fresh ubuntu server install. You will be required to setup everything else to host the page.
(I will setup the dns records later, we will just use the public ip address for testing)

I want you to make a page SIMILAR to:

and the entered information will be saved in a csv file.

I will send details for those who are interested.
