Build Tripple-VPN on our servers

Looking for network administrator/security expert who can build multi Hop Open VPN network consisting from 3 Linux servers. All 3 of them should keep SSH accessibility. Latest industry standard ciphers and auth methods must be used. Desirable network layout:
USERS (clients) ---> SRV1 (server+client) ---> SRV2 (server+client) --> SRV3 (server) --> WWW
