Build me a Linux Based operating System

Hey, I need a Linux based operating system compatible with E-ink Displays. I need a full custom software like you say iOS or Android. This is not just a project it's an opportunity, only risk-taking enthusiasts should come over this project. I will personally meet you all (Indian Developers Only).
