Build and Document Linux Yocto VM/Docker

Linux Yocto VM & Docker Build
Location: Melbourne, Victoria ( preferred )
Alternative : any state within Australia - no overseas bidders please.

Task:
Create a VM and Docker build for the follow SoM using Yocto and Aries embedded bsp

Details:
The SoM from Aries Embedded has build instructions using Docker

We would require the following.
1. An Ubuntu VM using an appropriate version as described per the Docker requirements ( kernel version specific )
2. Build the Docker image and build env
3. Build the CAN-utils and I2C utilities

4. Provide all steps sequentially document markup format. ( include hyperlinks to GitHub pages as per the build sequence )
Acceptance Criteria
1. Build env can be replicated by spinning up the VM on a local PC
2. Image can be rebuilt on VM and using docker as per Aries instructions
3. Utils can be built on VM and using docker as per Aries instructions
4. The image and binaries will be tested using the following Eval Kit:

Notes:
1. The GitHub pages has references to other pages within it, hence the pages listed here are starting points only.
This is a one time build and documentation request, we also would like a video call or in person run through of the steps and documentation.
