Buffer function in NetLinx and sending xCommands to Cisco Codec in SSH socket including response handling

I am looking for a freelancer with experience in handling Cisco Codecs to develop a buffer function in NetLinx and to send xCommands to one specific model of Cisco Codec over an SSH socket, including handling its responses. This freelancer needs to have intermediate-level experience with Cisco Codecs in order to successfully complete this project. The buffer function in NetLinx must be able to effectively store and manipulate data.
