Bind9 DNS setup issue

Hello, I need help with an issue I am experiencing with my Bind9 DNS server on Ubuntu.

I am new to Bind and this is only for a LAB.

I get this error when I try to do a lookup from my other test lab machine.

Looking for assistance to walk me through correcting this error.
