Bash script to setup Lamp Mysql Laravel with user permission Ubuntu

Hi

I am looking for a bash/shell expert for the following task. the script should work flawlessly on both ubuntu versions.

OS- Ubuntu 18.04.5 LTS and 20.4.2 LTS

Update Repository
Install Lamp Server
Install Phpmyadmin (latest version (5.1.0)
Assign correct Permisison (lamp & Phpmyadmin)
install laravel
configure laravel (/var/www/foldertocreate)
assign persmission to run apache and /var/www/html folder
Install Freeradius
Add/edit configuration to various conf file in Freeradius(Six files need to be eidted i will tell you what to change)
install freeradius db with custom dbname, dbusername, dbpass to mysql
start/stop freeradius
check freeradius (i will share the command)
fix timezone (we will type manually the timezone or load a linux based list)
intall git,create ssh key to download scripts and add them to the folder in /var/www/foldertocreate
reboot system after everything done
