Autoscaling Ec2 with daily snapshots and required security config for PHP APP

Create Autoscaling Ec2 with daily snapshots and required security config for production. We have current instance but due to 2 cpu its slow. We need good machine for ecommerce . Need full auto scaling and load balancing plus high security.
