Automated Wireless Network Selector with Speed Test

I'm seeking a skilled professional to develop a system for my home project. The system should connect to two wireless networks (Network A & B) and automatically select the one with the fastest speeds and lowest latency.

Key components of the project include:
- Connectivity to two wireless networks: The system should be able to connect to both Network A and Network B.
- Speed and Latency tests: The system will perform speed and latency tests on both networks to determine which one is the fastest with the lowest latency.
- Automated network selection: The system should automatically connect to the network with the best performance after completing the tests.
- The application has to be build for Ubuntu linux .deb
- The use of server for speed test has to be local, the application can access the current location for this.
- The developer can use open source code and build app front end GUI on Qt or GTK or any other platform


Ideal skills and experience for this job include:
- Proficiency in wireless network programming and configuration.
- Experience in developing systems with both front end and backend.
- Strong understanding of speed and latency testing methodologies.
