Assistance in building a project in my machine (Ubuntu)

I have cloned a repo from Gitlab which I need to build and the instructions have been followed, but I am getting an error that I can't get passed. Need some assistance in figuring out where that is from. Someone with a little bit of experience could easily know why that is.
