Apache Solr create indexing with Nutch

I need someone to create indexing with Apache Solr using Nutch. I already have an existing Apache Solr installation. The content source to be indexed are web pages. However, I am not familiar with the version of Nutch to use for crawling and would need advice on which version between Nutch 1.x and Nutch 2.x would be best suited for the job. The ideal freelancer for this project should have experience with Apache Solr and Nutch, and be able to provide guidance on the best approach to take. I am looking automate crawling and indexing on a timed basis with at least 2 cores, and 1 core with document search/crawling/indexing. The server is up and running. If developer has experience with JavaScript for web development, and front page can be discussed. All work will be done via AnyDesk, no SSH access.
