Apache Server Changes, DNS with Cloudflare Pro updated for OpenCart

Searching for a server expert who know what he is doing..........
Server expert needed (AlmaLinux v8.10.0 - Apache) who will correct the hosting set we have right now....it is not working and things needs to be changed and fixed. (ns1 and ns2 is there now)
We using Cloudflare Pro and have Nameserver 1 and Nameserver 2 is already set. We using Opencart 3.2 and it is new install and template that has no errors.
1. Move our domain from godaddy to cloudflare (this will increase some speed).
2. Domain/Server Changes. DNS will he held by Cloudflare only. Currently we use ns1 and .ns2 but that set up does not work well with cloudflare, we cannot take advantage using cashe, speed, and DDos protection attacks since this set up does not work with cloudflare. Plus indexing is not that great because of this set up. We noticed that when we added cloudflare pro - just recently.
- WHM panel needs to be upgraded to Nameserver1, and Nameserver2 (from cloudflare) we have ns1 and ns2 there now.
- Set up IPV6 since now we have only one IPV4. Cloudflare Nameserver 2 assign IPV6 automatically and AAAA record needs to be added. So second needs to be set up. Our host allows for IPV6 so no problem there to set up.
Currently in WHM Panel Server Manager we see:

What is missing is Nameserver 2 (from cloudflare) that is needed for IPV6.
- Cloudflare records update and Nameserver 2 - IPV6 and AAAA recod added.
- Zoho email (I think nothing to be updated there)- we have that set up and we want to keep the same set up. I do not think nothing needs to be updated there since it pulls data from server2.domain.com
3. SSL - (nothing to be done there) we have that from WHM Panel and works. We want to keep that as we have. Even cloudflare offers free SSL there but I read it is not that great since covers the cloudflare only....well, WHM Panel and server needs to be protected so we keep that the way it is.
4. WHM Panel needs CFS Firewall installed - we used to had it but then after upgrade it disappeared. So we like all the portals set up and all the IP's we need whitelisted that we use on daily basis.
5. Automatic Server Update - we will keep the server we use now, but they offered us automatic update to a new server for the same price. The only thing is there is some trigger that allows for automatic updates to the whole server...since the current one is not at the end of life but they offered that we could do that with one pull - upgrade. I did not wanted to do that myself. We have automatic backups every 2 days so I want to make sure that works after update.
6. Remove 3 broken links from site - that show on every page and they land in a browser (it is a \#)
7. Rel-cannonical needs to be changed in .htacess so pages are not redirected...it shows as error in all the SEO tests we do. (we have canonical link in our SEO so not needed).
