Apache NiFi Experty

We have NiFi pipeline set up and it's working fine as expected for the single dataset, but the issue we notice is with the multiple dataset processes. NiFi is behaving a bit strange with multiple dataset ingession. need someone expert to set its configurations rights.
We don't believe it would be much of development rather it's more of the right configurations.
