Apache Let's Encrypt Certificate Renewal

I have an Apache server and I am experiencing issues with my Let's Encrypt certificate renewal. We are using centos .As the certificate for 3 domains expired we tried to renew but failed. Upgraded python,certbot but nothing helped.We are getting this error
An unexpected error occurred:
ValueError: Invalid version. The only valid version for X509Req is 0.
