Ansible playbook to deploy Ubuntu on ESXI host

I need to automate the process of deploying my VM’s on ESXI 6.5. I can give all the details that will be needed I have ran into a blocker that I have to use VPN's to connect to ESXI and from the VM I am working it just does not allow 2 or more VPN's to work at the same time.
You will need to write a playbook that will-
Deploy a VM - either using an existing VM or from and ISO
Storage - attach 2 storage points - They are already attached to the original node just dont know if it can use a "vmware module" new storage or if it will try to use the same storage that is on the original node
Create a user default user -
there might be a couple things that is needed but I cant think of them right now. I have all the info of the ESXi host that is required.
