AlmaLinux 8.5: Full disk encryption with remote unlocking @ Hetzner

I need step-by-step instructions to set up full disk encryption with remote unlocking for a dedicated server (www.hetzner.com) that will be running AlmaLinux 8.5, much like the following tutorial, just not for Ubuntu but for AlmaLinux 8.5:
