IT Administrator Needed – Server & Network Support (Windows/Linux, MikroTik)

Project Description:
We are Veloflott, an Austrian bicycle retail company, and we need an experienced IT administrator to provide ongoing server and network management on a flexible basis.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain and optimize Windows & Linux servers (ERP, UCS, ticketing system)
- Manage MikroTik networking, including VPN and VLAN configurations
- Implement IT automation & security best practices
- Support VM migration from ESXi to Proxmox
- Assist with user support and troubleshooting

Our Infrastructure:
- Virtualized environment (ESXi → Proxmox)
- Shopware 6 eCommerce system
- 10+ domain PCs (managed via group policies)

Job Requirements:
- Expertise in Windows & Linux server administration
- Experience with MikroTik networking & VLANs
- Knowledge of Proxmox, UCS, and automation tools
- Availability for 10–15 hours per month (+ occasional urgent support)
