IP Address to Domain Setup

Initially, my website was accessible through an IP address on port 8080, lacking a dedicated domain. Subsequently, we acquired a domain and implemented SSL. However, even after pointing the domain to the IP address, the web pages still require the port to be specified for access, and page not accessible with HTTPS
