Add data transferred from previous cPanel installation. Reposted with more clarification.2

I need a new server set up with cPanel. It is installed but needs configuring with firewall, accounts and data from the previous server. I need this starting today/tomorrow morning, so if you're a cPanel Wizkid and have time spare this evening to answer questions, I would love to hear from you.
This is not one website but many, maybe up to 40 currently active sites.
This is a data import and set-up job. There are WordPress sites, Joomla sites and a custom CMS site.
I have a folder in the new server's root with the backup. It may need extracting on the server or locally and re-uploading.
Please do not ask for a website URL, as this will all be achieved through WHM and SSH, so you will get an IP address on which all the sites will populate.
"To clarify, this is not a cPanel to cPanel job. The data has been moved to the new server, and it has been set up awaiting account data to import from the folder in root to cPanel.
I do not need a website developer. More a Server and WHM/cPanel expert.
