Access my local server remotely without port forwarding

I want to access my local debian server that is in my local network remotely through ssh and also through ports like 80 for web and other ports that I will mention later. But I don’t want to use port forwarding, I tried openVPN but it works only in local network so I still need a public IP or port forwarding to let openvpn work with a different network unless I’m doing it wrong. Pls bid if you have a solution for this.
