My AWS EC2 instance is refused to connect while try to access through public IP with port

I am looking for someone with experience in troubleshooting AWS EC2 instances to help me resolve an issue with connecting to my instance through the public IP with a specific port.

Operating System: Linux

Troubleshooting already attempted:
- Checked security group settings
