social media (linkedin) manager

I have a client in the sustainability industry. They want to build awareness of a patented box making process that would help packaged goods manufacturers show their commitment to recycling and sustainability. I need someone to build relationships with sustainability executives at companies that either use or manufacture cardboard box (not corrugated) packaging. The client will supply the content. My freelancer will edit and share on LinkedIn. Must know this platform well enough to build a following.
